Helena Hutt, a 25 year old ICA technician with Thames Water in London, proudly holds her "Young Woman Engineer of the Year 2002" award at the BT centre in London, Tuesday 29 October 2002. Ms Hutt, who is from Loughton, Essex, and whose role at Thames Water includes planning, installation and maintenance of all ICA equipment across north London, was presented with the Institution of Incorporated Engineers (IIE)-sponsored award at the London ceremony beating five other finalists to the £1,000 prize.
