PA library filer dated 28/09/2003 of Labour party chairman Ian McCartney who said the Labour Party fervently wants the RMT to remain part of the Labour family, as the country's biggest railway workers union decides whether to sever its historic links with the party, Friday February 6, 2004, in a row over its support for other political parties.
